ONLINE FARM STORE DETAILS
For your convenience, we offer online ordering in our online farm store.
No login is required, so you can always enjoy our healthy, delicious produce.
HOW THE ONLINE FARM STORE WORKS
1: Place your order online during the open time from Sunday 9 am to Tuesday at 10 am. Any order placed after 10 am on Tuesday will be fulfilled the following week, and click the shopping cart icon when you are ready to check out.
2: Follow steps 1 and 2 in checkout. Please note all orders are FOR PICK UP ONLY. The shipping address field is a website platform requirement and cannot be changed.
3: For Step 3, “Payment,” click pay with credit card or select COD/CSA. You must click purchase now and get a confirmation email to make sure that your order went through and that we received it.
4: Check your email (also look in your junk folder) for your order confirmation. If you did not receive an order confirmation, your order did not go through and you were not charged. Please try again and feel free to contact us if there are any issues.
5: Pick up your order at 223 Oak St, Sandpoint 83864 (next to the food court) between 330 pm and 530 pm on Wednesday.
MISSED ORDER PICK UP & REFUND POLICY
It is your responsibility to pick up your online order at the designated time and location stated in checkout and on your order confirmation. If you are unable to pick up your order, you must coordinate with a friend or family member to pick up your order at the designated time and location, or give notice before 2:00 pm PT on pick up days. Orders that are not picked up will be forfeited and your payment will not be refunded. Pack River Farm will do its very best to provide a season’s worth of diversified fresh and delicious produce. Variations in availability of produce is dependent on many risks and challenges inherent to farming, such as weather and other factors. By placing your order on our website and completing the transaction, you agree to the Pack River Farm terms and conditions.
Pack River Farm only has access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time, including promotional emails. Our online farm store is hosted on Shopify’s ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products. Your financial data is stored through the application and database storage.
